Holding a Masters degree in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po Paris School of Management and Innovation, Morta is a professional passionate about sustainable and purposeful innovation and conscious forms of doing business.

Before joining EoM Solutions, she was able to put her passion into practice while working at the intersection point of insurance, asset management and venture building: maintaining and developing responsible investment practices at Mandalore Partners, a French asset management company specializing in Innovation-as-a-service and focusing on sustainability and innovation strategies at a London-based venture validation firm Alchemy Crew that supports biggest European insurers in the path of creating more customer centric, sustainable and responsible products and services.

Identifying herself as a multipotentialite, Morta has been working as a freelance project manager and independent consultant since 2016, assisting a broad variety of enterpreneurs, startups, NGOs and creative social purpose organisations in Berlin, Paris, Vilnius and London, combining her interest for more responsible business models, purpose beyond financial returns and creativity.
