Healthy Money Roundtable
Reimagining Financial Wellbeing for a New Era
22 January 2026 | 8.30-11.30am | Shoreditch Treehouse, London
An Opportunity to Reflect and Imagine
To begin the new year, we’re bringing together a small circle of innovators and industry leaders to explore how reframing ideas of financial health can shape a better future for all. At a time of critical economic challenges and shifting contexts, this gathering will invite participants to reimagine what it means to create real value.
The roundtable will be anchored in insights shared by Alastair Campbell, author of forthcoming book Healthy Money, former Group Head of Strategy at NatWest and now Chief Commercial Officer at Finca International.
Campbell has spent his career at the intersection of digital innovation, customer experience, and financial systems. Having seen banking from both inside and outside the industry, he is unequivocal about one thing: despite its scale and influence, the sector still trails others when it comes to creating mutual value and serving real customer needs.
His conviction - that financial health should become the core metric of success in banking - underpins both his new book and his long-standing engagement with the Economics of Mutuality approach. Instead of simply providing access to money, Campbell argues, the bank of the future must help people build stability, confidence and control over their financial lives.
These ideas will sit at the heart of the Healthy Money Roundtable on 22 January 2026, 8.30-11.30am, hosted at London’s unique Shoreditch Treehouse.

What to Expect
The roundtable will blend a live conversation with Campbell and the Economics of Mutuality team with a facilitated discussion on the deeper themes behind Healthy Money:
Why wellbeing is becoming a strategic, not charitable, imperative
How purpose-led innovation can reshape customer experience
What banking can teach other industries about designing for mutual value
The evolving role of finance in supporting human prosperity
Participants will be encouraged to engage in a broader exploration of leadership, culture, and systemic change.
