Economics and Mutuality Center at Erasmus University Rotterdam

In March, Erasmus University Rotterdam opened a new Center for Economics and Mutuality to promote the application of Economics of Mutuality principles in business. The center has three branches operating in key areas of society:

  • Academic: The Dynamics of Inclusive Prosperity Initiative, Erasmus University Rotterdam (learn more)

  • Business and Economics: Economic Summit (learn more)

  • Governance and Public Policy: Cross-party group of politicians formed by Eppo Bruins, Member of the House of Representatives of the Netherlands (learn more)

The opening was marked by an event in Rotterdam on 9th March at which Bruno Roche was installed as a Visiting Senior Fellow at the Erasmus Initiative for the Dynamics of Inclusive Prosperity. He gave a keynote presentation about resetting economic and business systems through the Economics of Mutuality.

Later in the day, there was a panel discussion about meeting the challenges of European business and society through the Economics of Mutuality with the following participants:

Erasmus University Rotterdam is a highly ranked, international research university with a student population of 29,000 and a research community of around 1,400.
